Ceramic Capacitor Sensor Signal Conditioning IC JHM210X

The JHM210X is a CMOS integrated circuit for signal conditioning of ceramic capacitive sensors.

The JHM210X is a CMOS integrated circuit for signal conditioning of ceramic capacitive sensors. The ceramic capacitor pressure sensor is a kind of sensing element varies its capacitance as the pressure changes.

The JHM210X measures the capacitance and converts it to a voltage linearly proportional to the pressure. Compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, non-linearity is implemented on-chip without external trimming components.

The digital one-wire interface can be used for a simple calibration procedure in order to program a set of calibration coefficients into on-chip OTP. With an external reference capacitance, the JHM210X can accommodate almost all kinds of ceramic capacitive sensing element with a pair of parallel plates.

Thus, the ceramic capacitor and the JHM2102 are mated: fast and precise.
